Paul

Paul opened his namesake salon in 1970 and has been serving the Lexington and surrounding communities ever since. Paul has won numerous awards, travelled the world as a Paul Mitchell educator, directed styling for fashion shows in NYC, and has had work featured in publications and fashion magazines. He has dedicated his five decade career to mentoring and developing stylists all over the world, but he takes the most pride in those at Paul Mammola Salon.

Chau T. Pham

our owner

Chau is the proud owner of Paul Mammola Salon and Spa. She is happily married to Tommy Pham and is a proud mother of three: Thomas (13), Emily (12) and Evelyn (11). While growing up, her mother would always emphasize how important it is to look your best, regardless of age. She believes that looking your best will make you feel your best. This is why she loves being in the beauty industry: to make people feel like the best version of themselves!

Leslie has been working as a stylist at Paul Mammola Salon for 25+ years. Before joining the team, she attended UMass Amherst where she studied fashion design and marketing. Post grad, she developed a passion for the beauty industry and started her career as a hairstylist. Since then she has taken numerous classes from top educators around the world. She believes continuing education is key to staying current and providing the best service. Leslie’s clients have described her as creative, a good listener, and a perfectionist.

"I find it exciting to work in an industry where styles and techniques are constantly changing and imagination and creativity are limitless. I like updating classic styles and love fads. Such as old trends coming back around with a new twist. My favorite new trend is the "shullet," a cross between a 90's shag and an 80's mullet."

Em DeJesus

Em has been in the beauty and wellness industry for over 20 years. She has been a licensed and practicing cosmetologist for over 18 years in five different states, and is currently licensed in two. She began her training at Fort Myers Technical College in Fort Myers, FL in 2004, has a passion for continuing education and enjoys sharing it with others.

Gia has been a stylist for 19+ years. She began working at Paul Mammola Salon her junior year of high school at Shawsheen Valley Tech, where she obtained her license. When Gia was only five years old she would go with her mom to the salon and was mesmerized. She has had a passion for business ever since. Gia specializes in color, cuts, Aqua and Donna Bella extensions, perms, weddings, and makeup.

Holly

Holly has been with Paul Mammola Salon for five years and is a graduate of Greater Lowell Technical High School’s Cosmetology Program. Holly has developed her skills through Dellaria and Aveda cutting classes. She utilizes her artistry to create vivid transformations with Pulp Riot color and specializes in curly hair, shag cuts, lived in color, and platinum cards.

Alyssa

Alyssa has been working at Paul Mammola Salon for 5 years. She trained at Paul Mitchell Academy and has obtained her license in three different states since graduating in 2019. She has furthered her education through attending numerous haircutting and coloring classes. She had previously worked as a stylist at an assisted living facility and another salon. Alyssa specializes in vivid colors, Pulp Riot, updos, haircutting, and blow drys.

Emily

Emily started her career at Paul Mammola Salon over seven years ago. She is a graduate of Shawsheen Technical Highschool’s Cosmetology program. Emily specializes in women’s cuts, color, and highlights. Those who sit in her styling chair will find that she is incredibly easy to talk to and shows a genuine interest in everyone she crosses paths with.

Alexa been in the hair industry for five years and went to Lowell Academy Hair Styling Institute after high school. Alexa enjoys hair foiling and hair extensions.

Marketa

Marketa has been a part of the Paul Mammola team since 2003. She has experience and education both in Europe and the USA. She is a Guinot specialist and is an expert facialist. Her goal is to ensure a relaxing experience for everyone in the spa.

Lauren has been working in the esthetics industry for 5+ years, during which she has gained advanced knowledge and experience in all aspects of beauty. Since graduating with her Masters in Esthetics, she continues her education with courses and seminars to ensure that her clients are getting the latest in products and services.

Lauren feels that educating her clients on their procedure is the most important aspect of her career. She understands how small details can make the biggest difference in someone’s self esteem and confidence. By booking with Lauren, she knows you will tap into your most confident empowered self and be amazed by the professionalism and skills she offers.

Lee has been a nail technician in Lexington MA for over 19 years and is well known in the community for her mastery. Lee’s attention to detail and nail techniques has amassed a loyal clientele. She specializes in gel manicures and pedicures.
